1. Acceptance

By using this service you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

The platform is a SaaS that analyzes publicly available X (Twitter) content using AI. The analyses provided are:

Tweet/post comment analysis
User profile analysis
Credit-based usage

3. Credits and Payment

Analyses run on credits; each analysis's cost is shown on the Credits screen. Credits are currently added to your account by our team on request; once online purchase is available, sales are made through the besimtech.com checkout under the Distance Sales Agreement. Credits do not expire; if you delete your account, your balance is deleted too.

Refunds: if an analysis fails because the content can't be reached or the AI can't read it, the credits spent are refunded automatically. Withdrawal and money refunds for purchased credits are governed by the besimtech.com Sales and Refund Policy. Sales and Refund Policy · Distance Sales Agreement

4. Acceptable Use

The following uses are prohibited:

Analyzing profiles of users under 18 years of age
Using the service for harassment, discrimination, or doxxing
Bulk-downloading data and reselling it to third parties
Using the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Data Source

The platform analyzes only publicly available content on X.com. We do not use the official X.com API; instead, we scrape rendered pages. This may be a gray area under X.com's Terms of Service.

Important: Scraping X.com content may violate X.com's Terms of Service. Any risk of your X account being restricted is yours.

6. Disclaimer

AI outputs are not 100% accurate. Analyses are informational and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Psychographic inferences such as Big-5 (OCEAN) are statistical estimates from public tweets; they are not clinical diagnoses and must not be used alone for decision-making.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction; consumers retain the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
