KVKK Notice (TR)
Under Article 10 of Türkiye's KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law). This document explains how our company processes your personal data as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

2. 2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
- Identity: First and last name (optional)
- Contact: Email address
- Finance: Credit balance and credit activity; for online payments, the payment record (card details are not stored by us; the payment provider processes them)
- Operational security: IP address, logs, session info
3. 3. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the service and managing the contract
- Billing and financial obligations
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Information security and fraud prevention
4. 4. Legal Bases
Your data is processed on the bases of (a) contract formation/performance, (b) legal obligation, (c) legitimate interest, and (d) explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5).
5. 5. Data Transfer
To provide the service, your data may be transferred to our service providers abroad: hosting (Microsoft Azure, USA), network security and content delivery (Cloudflare), Google sign-in (Google), admin email notifications (Mailjet) and — only when you choose a cloud model for an analysis — AI providers (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude). With the local model, analysed texts do not leave our server. Transfers follow the safeguards of Article 9 of the KVKK.

As a data subject you have the following rights:
- Know whether your data is processed
- Know whether use is consistent with the purpose
- Request correction, erasure, or destruction
- Know to whom it has been transferred
- Object to automated analysis
